Rebecca Justus

Junior Associate

Rebecca has over 10 years of experience working with organizations across the world to advance social justice, gender equity, and human rights. She specializes in building partnerships between individuals, communities, and organizations and creating strategies to connect them to resources and information so that they can meet their goals, increase their impact, and ensure inclusivity. Originally from the U.S., she has lived in Albania, Côte d’Ivoire, France, Italy, Senegal, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Uganda, and the U.K. Rebecca holds a MA in Human Rights from the University of Sussex and a BA in International Relations from Boston University.

Fundraising Area of Expertise: Rebecca’s core expertise is in Project Management. She also has extensive experience in Donor Engagement; Interim Program Management; and International Fundraising.

Sector Experience: Healthcare, International Development, Community Based Membership and Advocacy
