Melissa McGuirk McNeil has more than 10 years of experience building teams and engaging stakeholders in strategy development in the nonprofit sector. She is a seasoned fundraising professional with experience developing, implementing, and engaging a variety of audiences and invested parties in outreach programs, partnerships, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Over the course of her career, Melissa has held senior development roles with the Ottawa Network for Education and United Way Ottawa. She graduated from the University of Ottawa with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

She also has vast experience in partnership development, corporate social responsibility, major gifts, annual giving, donor and constituent engagement, management and governance, volunteer training, facilitating, and data analytics.
