Tammy Northam has worked in fundraising and volunteer development for over 15 years, serving in senior management and executive director roles for community-based, healthcare, and national nonprofit organizations. She has guided two charities since their inception, raising funds and overseeing all aspects of operational management to successful build them into the prospering organizations that they are today. Tammy has also worked as a leadership volunteer for over 20 years having served on numerous boards and volunteer advisory committees. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and is a Certified Fundraising Executive and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
Fundraising Area of Expertise: Tammy’s expertise is in Interim Program Management. She likewise has extensive experience in Management and Governance; Program Review and Expansion Strategies; Project Management and Risk Management.
Sector Experience: Tammy brings a wealth of experience in overall nonprofit organizational management. She has worked in the community-based, nationally-based, internationally-based, health advocacy and education sectors.
