Timothy Weaver has worked in a variety of prospect research and prospect management roles at MIT, Boston University, World Vision, and the University of Washington’s School of Medicine. He also Co-Founded and was the Executive Director of a successful nonprofit which helps provide education to approximately 1,500 children in rural communities in Guatemala. Timothy is eager to partner with organizations to provide capacity ratings, research briefs, or help segment prospects into robust gift officer portfolios and focus on prospects who warrant cultivation. He has also benefited from having gift conversations with major gift donors giving him a unique perspective in his prospect research and management work. David Simon

David H. Simon is an accomplished Principal Gift fundraising professional with more than twenty years of experience fostering meaningful relationships to support patient care and research and higher education organizations. His professional experience includes senior roles with Mayo Clinic, University of Wisconsin, and the University of Arizona.
