Domenique Sherab

Junior Associate

Domenique Sherab has 6 years of experience working between research and practice in international development and humanitarian action. Her focus has predominately been on refugee issues in the Middle East, and resettlement and integration of refugees in Canada. She currently works on a number of research projects at McGill University as well as supporting an NGO’s fundraising efforts. Tiffany Rosso brings over 20 years of nonprofit experience and is a collaborative agent for positive change. Laura Rocoski

Junior Associate

Laura Rocoski has spent over 5 years working with nonprofit organizations within different capacities including project management, proposal development, volunteer management, data analysis and stakeholder engagement. Internationally, she has worked in Mexico developing conflict transformation research projects and facilitating youth empowerment programs. While in Liberia, she developed a literacy program and built stakeholder engagement that secured funding for the continuation of programs. Laura received her diploma in Community Development from Sheridan College and her post-graduate certificate in International Support Work from Loyalist College.

Lupe Ramos-Silva

Senior Associate

Lupe Ramos-Silva is a versatile marketing and development professional with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Lupe has earned a reputation as a resourceful out of the box thinker who has been responsible over the course of her career for creating million-dollar programs, implementing initial infrastructure and systems to build sustainable development departments that allow nonprofits to increase capacity, and developing and overseeing the implementation of strategic plans. Nationally recognized senior corporate and foundation relations (CFR) executive, Debbie Perrone has more than 35 years of experience, 23 with Johns Hopkins University. Throughout her career, she has focused on short- and long-term strategic planning, institutional leadership engagement, faculty advising and collaboration, donor relationship-building and stewardship, staff management and development, Development officer training, institutional policy formulation for CFR, and proposal writing.
