Junior Associate

Justin Thongsavanh as over 8 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sector, specializing in program development, fundraising, and project management. Currently, Justin serves as the Operations and Partnerships Manager for The Dinner Party, where he focuses on building communities to scale, improving operational functions, fundraising, producing communications, and program development/management. Justin excels at building relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders by identifying and aligning each party’s needs and building a strong operational foundation to ensure the success of an organization. Justin earned his master’s degree in Public Administration at the California State University of Long Beach.

Junior Associate

Dylan has five years of experience helping organizations and individuals communicate their mission and stimulating transformational funding and engagement. He has worked on several successful million-dollar campaigns for a range of world-class organizations and high net-worth individuals in the education, arts (film, music, and fine arts), fashion, and philanthropic sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from New York University.

Fundraising Area of Expertise: Dylan’s core expertise is in project management. He also has extensive experience in targeted research with a focus in donor gift-giving history and probability of reoccurring giving (annually, planned gifts, legacy), sourcing and fundraising for major and principal donations/gifts in North America and internationally as well as drafting and editing proposals and donor emails.

Senior Associate

David H. Simon is an accomplished Principal Gift fundraising professional with more than twenty years of experience fostering meaningful relationships to support patient care and research and higher education organizations. His professional experience includes senior roles with Mayo Clinic, University of Wisconsin, and the University of Arizona. As a development specialist, personally responsible for raising up to $40 million annually, David also contributes to the success of fundraising efforts by managing, coaching and training key staff to ensure successful campaigns.  

David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin.

Kim Silverstein has over 15 years of experience in the philanthropic sector working with a variety of organizations ranging in size from local grassroots shops to national institutions. She specializes in engaging with diverse stakeholders who care about pursuing real and measurable change, especially in sectors such as public education, women’s health, LGBTQ, and the organized Jewish community.Kim graduated from Boston University with a Master of Social Work, Human Services Management, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.

Tiffany Rosso brings over 20 years of nonprofit experience and is a collaborative agent for positive change. She has held various roles throughout her professional career, including Executive Director, Development and Program Director, and Director of Capacity Building. Tiffany earned a graduate degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and volunteers as a USF Alumni Mentor. She also has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from San Jose State University, with an emphasis in education. Tiffany aligns her nonprofit work with her core values of integrity, community engagement, and sustainability.

Fundraising Area of Expertise: Tiffany’s core expertise is in Board Training and Governance. With her entrepreneurial approach to nonprofit consulting, Tiffany has likewise extensive experience in Corporate Social Responsibility; Fundraising Campaigns and Strategic Planning; Interim Program Management; and Project Management.
